This eyeset by Pyxis is one of the best and most extensive ones I’ve found for creating otherworldly eyes. So these aren’t specifically supernatural or occult-themed per se, but I thought I would include this as it helped me build some cool-looking, not-of-this-earth beasties. Without the eyes, the skin details make it look like there are genuinely multiple tiny eye sockets on your Sim’s forehead.
